Composite Rod Suspension InsulatorsComposite rod suspension insulators consists of epoxy resin glass fiber drawing mandrel, silicone rubber chute boot and connecting hardware fittings at both ends. The product is used for suspension and tension resistance of overhead lines, overhead contact system of electric railway and substation with rated voltage above 25 kV and frequency below 100 Hz in AC power system. The insulators should be installed in a place with ambient temperature from -40¡ãC to +40¡ãC, and altitude not more than 1,000 m. Implementation standard: GB/T 19519-2004 Composite Insulators for AC Overhead Lines with a Nominal Voltage Greater than 1,000 V-Definitions, Test Methods and Acceptance Criteria, GB/T 20876.2-2007 Composite String Insulators Units for Overhead Lines with a Nominal Voltage Greater than 1,000-Part 2: Dimensional and Electrical Characteristics.
