Disc Suspension Porcelain InsulatorsDisc Suspension Porcelain Insulators are used in high voltage overhead transmission lines for insulating and fixing conductors. The rated voltage should be higher than 1,000 V and the frequency no more than 100 Hz. It should be installed in a place with ambient temperature between -40¡ãC and +40¡ãC. The insulators can be divided into standard type and stain resistant type according to the use environment and area. Standard insulators are usually used in ordinary areas. Stain resistant insulators are suitable for areas of industrial dust, chemical pollution, salt and alkali, as well as coastal and foggy areas. The stain resistant insulators can be divided into two-umbrella type, three-umbrella type, shield type, straw hat type according to its umbrella structure. The insulators can be divided into ball socket connection and clevis and tongue coupling according to their connection mode. The electromechanical failure load of our cap suspension porcelain insulators is divided into eight levels: 40 kN, 70 kN, 120 kN, 160 kN, 210 kN, 300 kN, 420 kN and 550 kN.
These Disc Suspension Porcelain Insulators are made according to GB/T1001.1, GB/T7253 as well as Q/GDW 13251.1-2019 and Q/GDW 13251.2-2019. |
